Vivian Grace Creations a rent | love | return floral & decor business. We specialize in wedding flower rental collections using premium silk flowers. Saving couples up to 70%, a fraction of the cost of traditional florists, local pick up and shipping across the Continental United States.
For our local Minnesota brides, we provide full and partial wedding decorating packages with a large selection of unique and trendy decor. Schedule a consultation to learn more about how we can help you plan for your wedding day.
We are located in southwest Minnesota for pick up, but we ship our floral rental items anywhere in the United States, excluding Alaska and Hawaii.

Yes. We are open by appointment only, and we offer free design consultations for our decorating services. This is a great opportunity to see our decor items and floral collections in person before renting them. For non-local brides, we offer 30-minute Zoom consultations where we can discuss and show you any products you're interested in. We’re here to help you create a design that fits your vision; we always love meeting and interacting with our couples!
To request a free in-person or zoom design consultation, select a date that works for you on our calendar, and we will get back to you with more information.
Place your order as soon as you can to reserve your favorite items (we suggest 3-6 months out). When adding your first item, select the Rental Start Date. We will ship the order out early enough to arrive on or before you chosen start date. If they do arrive early, the return day is still the same with no extra charges.
After your event or on the return date, take the flower items to the nearest UPS office in the same box they came in, using the return label that was provided.
If you're a local bride, you will still need to place your rental order online and arrange the pick up time on the rental start date chosen. We offer free pickup at our showroom
All shipping costs are included in your initial order. You'll find a pre-paid shipping label along with instructions for the return process in the box you will receive. We suggest putting this label on the box right away.
For any unforeseeable reason that the shipping was not calculated correctly or more items were added to your order, you will be contacted before items will be shipped.
Yes, you can rent a sample pack which comes with 1 bridesmaid bouquet and small flower sample of the same collection.
Choose a specific rental start date to receive your sample pack or leave the date blank and we will ship them out right away!
Once you receive the samples, keep them for 4 days and return using the pre-paid label provided.
*Sample Packs are due back to the nearest UPS 4 days after the arrival time.
Yes, you can purchase a bridal bouquet at this time. When you see a product with "view details" or "add to cart" click on the "add to cart" to purchase.

Ordering
We accept most credit cards for online rental orders.
With a credit card, you will have the option to pay the required 50% deposit or the full amount. Before shipping the items, the balance due will automatically be charged to the credit card on file. We do suggest using the 50% option so there is room to delete items if you need. There are NO refunds within 15 days of your event.
For local pick-up, we do accept cash, check or credit card for the balance due.
The final balance, if any will automatically be charged two weeks prior to shipment from our warehouse, approximately 14 to 21 days prior to your Rental Start Date. Orders will not be shipped until the balance is paid in full.
For local pick-up, balance is due at time of pick-up.
We recommend placing your order as soon as possible, but the standard is 4-8 months before your event. The earlier you book, the easier it is for us to guarantee your flowers or decor will be available. If you book under six months away, there’s a chance some of your items won’t be available. If this occurs, we will contact you right away to make any necessary changes.
Change, edit or pay the balance of your order as needed through 'My Account'. It's that easy!

The wedding flowers will arrive on or before your Rental Start Date. You will be notified once your order has shipped. If your flower rental arrives early, thats ok! The return day to UPS is still the same with no added charges.

The same five-day policy pertains to local pickups/special deliveries.
If you lost your pre-paid return label, let us know and we will send one in email. Vivian Grace Creations is NOT responsible for reimbursement of shipping occurred by the customer in the event the pre-paid return label is not used.

For local rentals, we will coordinate a time for you to drop the items back off.

Floral Rental
Renting faux flowers is much easier on your budget. By renting our premium silk bouquets or flower swags, brides can save more than half of what it would cost to buy traditional flowers. Another added bonus is that you won’t have to worry about your flowers wilting away or dying before the end of the day.
Yes! We’re very detail oriented and only want to provide the best wedding flowers to our brides. Our flowers look even better in person and you will have the option of a soft, fresh scent added to them at checkout!
Yes, it’s a perfect keepsake for your memory book! A premium silk wedding bouquet can be purchased for $200-$230 by selecting "ADD to CART" or "buy" instead of "rent" on the product page. Contact us if you would like to be on the waitlist of a retired floral collection.
No, sorry, we do not design custom collections at this time, although you are welcome to add your own flower stems or colored ribbon as long as the item is returned in its original condition. Simply add the stems and tape over the existing tape and add the current ribbon or your own. Feel free to contact us about any premium silk floral collections that might be in the works.
You most definitely can mix & match flower collections to create your desired look. For example: The Kimberly Rosebud bridesmaid bouquets pair well with the Mary Elizabeth Bridal bouquet.
Yes! We have a variety of centerpieces with wedding flowers that cannot be removed from those vases. We also have Flower Toppers that that are stand alone or with a vase.
Yes! Each collection has their own cake flower bundle to match. These are for PURCHASE only and should not be returned. They will ship with the rental order unless we are notified that you need them earlier.
No. Even though we do our best to create each bouquet, swag or etc to look the same, there is no guarantee they will all be exactly alike. When waiting for product, we seldom need to make replacements, yet staying within the same color scheme.
No worries! Shipping can cause some boxes to arrive a little mangled. Simply fluff up the flowers and arrange them the way they were intended.
Decor Rental
Yes! We have a variety of wedding flower bundles and greenery to choose from for shipping or local pick up. For garland and flower swags, we suggest having supplies on-hand such as zip ties to secure them in place.
No, the lanterns are all metal or wood with no glass.
Yes, all our candles will come with batteries and must be returned in their original packaging and condition.
No worries! Call us or schedule a zoom or in-person consultation and we will help you choose the decor that is right for you. In our state of Minnesota, we’ve been blessed to work with hundreds of brides to create their vision, and we would love to help you too!
Set-up and take-down is included in a Full Wedding Decor Package in which each package is customized to your needs. If you have any questions, feel free to contact us or request a consultation.

No, sorry! As a popular local wedding decor business also, we are unable to ship our hard decor, such as lanterns, candles, signs etc that may cause unavailability to our local brides at this time. We ship anything and everything that is flower rental only. Please inquire about certain exceptions.
Policies
We're sad to see you go! Online rental orders cancelled "more" than 90 days before the scheduled event date will receive 95% of monies paid towards the order, 5% is credit card processing fees.
Orders cancelled "within" 90 days of the scheduled event date will forfeit the monies paid on the order.
Sample Packs are “not” eligible for a refund once the order has been placed. Please keep your sample pack for the full 4-day rental period and return to your local UPS facility on the 4th day. Samples are "not" guaranteed a shipment arrival date. Samples are "not" intended for special events. If you would like to view our products for an event please place an order for a regular rental to ensure on-time delivery.
All rental items are rented for a period of five days, beginning on the Rental Start Date and ending the Rental End Date. Please return your order to the local UPS facility by the Rental End Date to avoid any late fees. A $25 per date late fee will apply to orders not initiated with UPS on the return date.
If product(s) are “not” returned, you are responsible for 150% of the rental cost of that item. Example: Boutonniere: $9, Corsage: $18, Bridesmaid Bouquet: $58.50
For any foam inserts not returned, there is a $50 fee automatically charged.
Items or item parts returned with damage beyond repair and can not be used by future brides are automatically charged 150% of the rental cost.
No worries! All booked items will be transferred to the new delivery date contingent on item availability. Let us know ASAP the new wedding date.
