We are a Rent | Love | Return Floral & Décor Business. We specialize in creating wedding flower collections using high premium silk flowers and optional trendy wedding décor. We also provide full decorating packages for our local brides. The bridal flowers are rented to you for your wedding, for a fraction of the cost of a traditional florist, keeping your budget low. And the décor is unique, trendy and rented at reasonable rates.
WHO PAYS FOR THE RETURN SHIPPING?
All shipping costs are included in your order. With your shipment, you will receive a pre-paid shipping label along with instructions for the return.
DO YOU SHIP TO MY AREA?
We ship to all of the United States, except Hawaii and Alaska. We also offer local pickup or delivery within a 30-mile radius with additional charges.
WHERE ARE YOU LOCATED?
We are located in the heartland of Minnesota.
DO YOU HAVE A SHOWROOM?
Yes. We are open by appointment only for local brides for a free consultation of our decorating services and/or to see our wedding flower collections in person. For those who are far away, we offer a 60-minute Zoom Design Consultation where we can show you up close any of the products you are interested in. We even help you create a design to fit your vision if you would like our help. We always fun getting together with our brides!!
CAN I MIX & MATCH FLORAL COLLECTIONS?
Yes, you can mix & match flower collections to create your desired look.
WOULD I BE ABLE TO SEE A SAMPLE IN PERSON BEFORE I ORDER?
DO YOU HAVE TOSS BOUQUETS?
Yes! Toss bouquets are available to purchase for $10. They will be a mixture of floral and color that we will match with your order.
DO THE FLOWERS LOOK REAL IN PERSON?
Yes! We’re very detail oriented, and only want to provide the most gorgeous wedding flowers to our brides. Our flowers look even more fantabulous in person and have a soft fresh scent to them!
CAN I PURCHASE MY BRIDAL BOUQUET?
Yes, it’s a perfect keepsake for your memory book! A bridal bouquet can be purchased for $200-$230 by selecting buy instead of rent.
CAN I REQUEST A CUSTOMIZED BRIDAL COLLECTION?
No, sorry, we do not design custom bridal collections anymore by request. We are always working on new unique and trendy designs for our brides. Feel free to get in touch with us about any bridal floral collections or décor that might be in the works.
DO THE FLORAL CENTERPIECES COME WITH A VASE/CONTAINER?
Yes! All of our centerpieces are shipped with the flowers and container used in the pictures. The wedding flowers cannot be removed from the vase.
CAN I RENT EXTRA FLOWERS OR GREENERY?
Yes! We have a variety of wedding flower bundles and greenery to choose from. For garland and flower swags we suggest having supplies on hand such as, zip ties to attach them to an arbor.
DO THE LANTERNS COME WITH GLASS?
No, the lanterns are all metal or wood with no glass for purposes of lighter shipping to you.
DO THE CANDLES COME WITH BATTERIES?
Yes, they do come with batteries. Candles must all be returned in original packaging and condition.
WHAT IF I NEED HELP CHOOSING WHICH WEDDING DÉCOR TO RENT?
No worries! Call us and we will help you in choosing the décor that fits the vision you have of your big day. In our state of Minnesota, we’ve been blessed to work with many unique brides to create their vision and we would love to help you too!
HOW DO I ORDER?
Simply add all of your desired wedding flowers and/or décor to your cart. You will need to login or register for an account before the order will process. Choose your desired payment method. If you chose to pay with credit card, it will give you the option to pay in full or the required 50% deposit. If you choose to pay with Venmo, we will charge the 50% deposit or full payment the next business day. Read and agree to the terms and conditions, and choose option for getting your items. If shipping or deliver, click to get that information and click order. You can download the receipt and will also receive an email.
IS THERE A DEADLINE TO MAKE AN ORDER?
We recommend placing your order as soon as you can before your event/wedding. The earlier you book the easier it is for us to guarantee the flowers or décor you want will be available. If you book under 3 months away, there is a chance that some flowers or décor won’t be available. If this occurs, we will contact you right away to make any changes necessary.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
You can choose your delivery date for your items to arrive 1, 2 or 3 days before your event. For example; the rental is for 4 days, if your wedding is on a Saturday, you can choose the delivery date for Wednesday at the earliest. This also pertains to our delivery service and pickup times. You will be notified when your order has been shipped.
WHAT DO I DO IF MY RETURN DATE IS ON A SUNDAY OR FEDERAL HOLIDAY?
No problem! Please return boxes to FedEx that next Monday or the following day of a Federal Holiday. We will arrange for pickup or delivery times.
WHEN IS THE REMAINING BALANCE DUE?
The remaining 50% balance or any add-ons to your order is due up to 10 days prior to your rental date. We will be preparing your order to be shipped once the remaining balance is paid.
HOW DO I MAKE CHANGES TO MY ORDER?
Changes can be made up to 30 days before your rental date by logging into your customer account. There you are able to add or delete items. We will fulfill additions based on availability. Contact us if you would like help with this at – firstname.lastname@example.org
WHAT IF I WANT TO CANCEL MY ORDER?
You can! If you cancel your order less than 90 days before the rental date you will forfeit the deposit. We require a 90-day notice on all cancellations in order for you to receive a refund on your deposit. Cancellations must be submitted via email to – email@example.com
