Return Window
All rented items must be returned (in person) or dropped off at the designated return location by the end of the rental period stated in your order confirmation. Late returns may incur additional fees.
Condition of Items
Please return items in the condition they were received. Normal wear is expected, but significant damage, stains, or missing pieces may result in repair or replacement charges.
Wrong or Damaged Items
If you receive the wrong item or it arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. We’ll arrange a replacement or issue a refund/credit.
How to Return
Use the prepaid return packaging provided (or return in person). Just place the items inside, seal the package, and drop it off at the designated return location or schedule a pickup, depending on your service area.
