We offer a simple, stress-free way for brides to create their vision of decor and premium silk flowers while saving a tremendous amount of money.
ordering your items
First, choose the rental start date you'd like to have the items delivered (we suggest Wednesday or Thursday if you have a Saturday wedding). Next, add the desired amount of items to your cart and continue to checkout. You'll need to register as a customer in order to reserve your items. You'll have the option to pay the full amount or pay a deposit, in which the remaining balance would be due upon the shipment of your order.
*At this time, Local Wedding Decor items will not be shipped, only Floral items such as bridal party floral, collection centerpieces, swags, toppers, aisle markers etc.
If you would like to add or delete rental items, we will do that for you upon availability with a submitted email up to 15 days before your rental start date.
receiving your items
If we are shipping your wedding flowers to you, the items will arrive in pre-paid packaging, and you can keep them for up to five days. Products may also be shipped to the venue. For pick up, they will be ready to go on the rental start date. We suggest delegating someone to be in charge of bringing them to your location and collecting them after they are used.
returning your items
Please send back the items in their original condition on the rental end date. Use the pre-paid shipping label that we sent with your order and drop the package(s) off at your local UPS. Local drop off would be the next business day after your event.
