We offer a simple, stress-free way for brides to create their vision of decor and premium silk flowers while saving a tremendous amount of money.
ordering your items
First, choose the date you'd like your items delivered (we suggest Wednesday or Thursday if you have a Saturday wedding). Next, add the desired amount of items to your cart and continue to checkout. You'll need to register as a customer in order to reserve your items. You'll have the option to pay the full amount or pay a deposit, in which the remaining balance would be due upon the shipment of your order.
You'll be able to access, monitor, and edit your order through our online customer portal using the login information that you used to create your account. Contact us if you have any questions about your order.
receiving your items
Your items will arrive in pre-paid packaging, and you can keep them for up to five days. We suggest delegating someone to be in charge of bringing them to your location and collecting them after they are used. Products may also be shipped to the venue.
returning your items
Please send your items back in their original condition the next business day after your event. Use the pre-paid shipping label that we sent with your order and drop the package(s) off or arrange for pick-up with your local FedEx.
If you're a local Minnesota bride, you'll have the option at checkout to choose free pick-up (at our showroom location) or special delivery. Delivery locations must be within a 75-mile radius and requires an additional charge.
