Floral Specialist

Role: Floral Specialist
Type: Onsite

Vivian Grace Creations is looking for a floral production assistant to join our production team! If you enjoy working with silk florals, being around fun and laughter, then this is the place for you!

This is a unique opportunity to join a local small business in one of the most exciting phases, where you can help shape the company during a phase of rapid growth and expansion and play a vital part in our success.

Major Responsibilities:

Follow lead of Production Manager
Have knowledge of each collection, products and stems used
Ability to create all Vivian Grace products in order to keep up with demand of production schedule
Responsible for repairing or refreshing all items that are returned damaged or items that no longer meet Vivian Grace standards
Responsible for all finishing touch of products ie; tape, ribbon, trimming of flowers etc.
Help organize loose stem inventory and monthly inventory count
Responsible for shipping map updates

Production Assistant Requirements:

Floral experience preferred, or craft experience necessary
Excellent organizational skills necessary, with great attention to detail
Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time
Must be able to lift boxes weighing up to 50lbs
The ability to safely operate burning, cutting tools & ladder

Floral Production Specialist Benefits:

Starting pay $12 per hour
Flexible 32 hrs per week with room for growth of business
Complete hours between 8:30 am - 4:30 pm, Monday-Friday
Follows Vivian Grace holiday schedule

Order Fulfillment Specialist

Role: Order Fulfillment Specialist
Type: Onsite

Vivian Grace LLC, is hiring for a part-time order fulfillment specialist. This is a unique opportunity to join a local small start up business in one of the most exciting phases, where you can help shape the company during a phase of rapid growth and expansion and play a vital part in our success.

Order Fulfillment Specialist Major Responsibilities:

Responsible for packing all orders sent out weekly
Pack all pick-up orders efficiently, ensuring all orders are prepared and ready for pick up on time
Attention to detail, ensuring each item is accounted for and items are fulfilled correctly
Pack each order with VGC Guidelines and Standards
Proficient with VGC rental app and fulfillment procedures
Select appropriate packaging size and method
Ensure items are packed to minimize risk of damage during shipping
Assist in inventory count monthly or as needed
Responsible for receiving all returns, checking items back into inventory
- Decide if returned items meet quality standards or not
- Accurately report damaged items
- Accurately report returns with missing items into VGC rental app for invoicing

Order Fulfillment Specialist Minor Responsibilities:

Keep clean & orderly work space
Keep inventory organized at all times
Keep shipping supplies updated

Order Fulfillment Specialist Requirements

Experience preferred but not required
Excellent organizational skills necessary, with great attention to detail

Monday - Friday availability
Flexibility with peak season extended operating hours

Order Fulfillment Specialist Benefits:

Flexible 32 hrs per week with room for growth of business
Complete hours between 8:30 am - 4:30 pm, Monday-Friday
