It's like we know you already! We're so excited for you and hope you consider working with Vivian Grace Creations for your wedding decor. We have a stress-less guarantee policy; once you meet with us, we take all the worry off your hands so you can focus on the things that really matter. It's that easy! And we love doing it, too! When you come in for your free in-person consultation, you will get to see for yourself our selection of modern floral and decor items, and you will leave with a few options:
- Hire us to fully decorate your wedding ceremony and/or reception with a full decor package (includes setup and takedown).
- Hire us to partially decorate your wedding ceremony and/or reception with a partial decor package (includes setup and takedown of agreed upon items).
See more information on our full decor packages here. When you book with us, we require a $300 down deposit to secure your spot — which will ultimately be subtracted from your total invoice amount.
Another option for brides local to us, is to rent all decor or floral items from us and take care of setup and takedown on your own. All rentals must be reserved online with a scheduled pick-up date. You have the option to pay the full balance or 50% down at time of checkout. Depending on how far you want to drive, you are welcome to rent all products under Wedding Decor Rental.
what does a design consultation look like?
Once you have a wedding date locked down and a venue chosen, you'll get to meet with one of our design consultants. With over 8 years of experience working with local brides, we'll help you through the stages of deciding your wedding colors, theme, and coordinating decor items to make your vision come together. Already have solid ideas of what you're looking for? Bring inspiration images of what you like so we can match the vibe as best we can!
We take detailed notes throughout the meeting so that no detail is missed, and we typically meet with couples for a second time, about 1-2 months before the wedding to touch base and see if anything has changed. We absolutely adore meeting and working with couples in our area and are looking forward to meeting you, too!
